4x18AWG + 4x2x24AWG Underwater Ethernet + Power Cable

Combining 4 x 18AWG power conductors with 4 shielded Ethernet twisted pairs at 24AWG in a single PUR-jacketed cable, this underwater cable provides both power distribution and multi-channel Ethernet connectivity for ROV and subsea systems. Four Ethernet pairs support simultaneous connection of up to 4 devices with independent 100 Mbps links, while the 4-core power section handles multi-phase or multi-circuit power distribution.

Can the 4 Ethernet pairs operate at Gigabit speeds?

The 24AWG pairs support 100 Mbps (Cat5e equivalent) per pair. For Gigabit Ethernet, we recommend upgrading to 23AWG or 22AWG pairs. Contact us to specify your bandwidth requirements.

Can this cable be Kevlar-reinforced?

Yes. Kevlar braid can be added between the core assembly and the PUR jacket, providing tensile strength suitable for ROV tether deployments. We will quote based on your target tensile load.
