Duct Pipe Inspection Crawler CCTV Coaxial Shielded Cable | Robot

Coaxial shielded CCTV camera cable for duct and pipe inspection crawlers. RG59 coaxial with control conductors in PUR jacket for in-pipe robot video and control.

Product introduction

Duct and Pipe Inspection Crawler Coaxial Shielded CCTV Camera Robot Cable

The duct and pipe inspection crawler cable is a combined coaxial and control cable for in-duct and in-pipe CCTV inspection robots. The coaxial core (RG59 or RG6) carries the CCTV video signal from the camera head to the topside monitor, while the control conductors supply power to the camera, drive the crawler motors, and carry PTZ control signals. The PUR jacket provides excellent resistance to the solvents, oils, and wastewater found inside industrial ducts and drainage pipes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PUR jacket suitable for wastewater and chemicals inside pipes?

PUR is resistant to a broad range of industrial chemicals, oils, solvents, and detergents. For highly corrosive environments (e.g., acid or alkali pipes), a fluoropolymer (PTFE or FEP) outer jacket is recommended. Contact us with the chemical composition of the pipe environment for a material recommendation.

What PTZ control protocol does the cable support?

The control conductors support any serial protocol (RS-485, RS-232) or analog voltage (0--10V, 4-20mA) for PTZ control. The specific protocol is defined by the camera and controller hardware -- the cable is protocol-agnostic and simply provides the electrical path.
