High-flex 24-core watertight hybrid underwater cable. PUR jacket, fine-stranded tinned copper, for work-class ROV and complex subsea instruments requiring 24 independent conductors.
The high-flex 24-core watertight hybrid underwater cable provides the conductor density required by work-class ROVs and complex multi-function subsea instruments. Twenty-four independent cores can carry power, RS-485, analog sensors, Ethernet pairs, and video signals simultaneously, with each conductor or pair shielded to the appropriate level for its function. The high-flexibility PUR jacket and fine-stranded (Class 6) conductors enable repeated bending in tether sheave and winch applications.

A common grouping for a work-class ROV: 2 x 4-pair Cat6 groups (Ethernet x2), 4 x power cores (2.5mm² for thrusters), 4 x 0.5mm² control cores (RS-485, analog), 2 x coaxial (video), remaining cores for sensors and spare. Contact us for a function allocation template for your specific ROV.
Yes. The high-flex PUR compound and Class 6 conductors are rated for continuous sheave and drum bending. For drum applications, specify the minimum drum diameter and number of cable layers -- we will confirm the cable construction meets the fatigue requirements.
