75 Ohm Coax + Power Underwater TV Cable for ROV and Subsea Cameras

This underwater composite cable integrates a 75-ohm coaxial conductor with dedicated power conductors in a single, compact cable, purpose-built for underwater television (CCTV) and ROV camera systems. The PUR (polyurethane) outer sheath provides superior resistance to seawater, UV, and abrasion -- ensuring long-term reliability in subsea environments.

Is this cable compatible with HD-SDI video signals?

Yes. The 75-ohm coaxial element supports HD-SDI (SMPTE 292M) transmission, making this cable compatible with HD underwater cameras. Signal attenuation should be calculated based on cable length; typically runs up to 100 m are reliable for HD-SDI without amplification.

Can Kevlar braid be added for tensile strength?

Absolutely. We offer a Kevlar (aramid) braided version that significantly increases tensile strength without adding excessive weight -- ideal for tethered underwater camera deployments where the cable must support its own weight plus the camera mass.
