4-core 0.5mm2 PUR-jacketed underwater communication and power cable. Tinned copper, high-flex design for ROV control, subsea instruments, and underwater robotics.
The 4-core 0.5mm² PUR underwater cable is a compact, high-flexibility cable for ROV control systems, subsea instruments, and underwater robotics. With four equal cross-section conductors in a tight polyurethane outer jacket, this cable is well suited to mixed power-and-signal applications where each core carries a different function (power supply, return, RS-485+, RS-485-) in a single run.

At 0.5mm² cross-section, each core is rated for approximately 5A continuous at 40°C ambient. For higher current requirements, select a larger conductor cross-section such as 1.0mm² or 1.5mm².
Yes. The PUR jacket is resistant to abrasion, oil, and UV, and maintains flexibility at low temperature. For tidal or current-exposed applications, add Kevlar reinforcement -- contact us for armoured variants.
