High Flexible Watertight 2 to 8 Core Underwater Umbilical Cable

The high-flex watertight underwater umbilical cable is available in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 core configurations to match the channel requirements of different ROV, diving, and subsea equipment applications. All variants share the same high-flexibility PUR jacket construction with fine-stranded tinned copper conductors rated for continuous dynamic bending in tether sheave, winch drum, and diver umbilical applications. Select the core count that matches your system's power and signal channel requirements.

2-core: simple power supply + return; 3-core: 3-phase motor or 1 power pair + 1 signal; 4-core: 2 power + 2 signal, or 4-channel control; 6-core: 4 control + 2 power (typical small ROV); 7-core: 4 control + 2 power + 1 spare; 8-core: 4 control + 4 power, or 8 general function. Is a Kevlar strength member available in all core counts?

Yes. A Kevlar or Dyneema strength member can be added to any core count variant. Specify the required minimum breaking strength (MBS) and we will select the appropriate strength member for the cable OD and conductor configuration.
