44-core blue PVC track umbilical cable, custom hybrid design. High core count for complex ROV or industrial systems requiring 44 independent channels in a single cable run.
The 44-core blue PVC umbilical cable is a high-channel-count custom hybrid cable for complex ROV systems, industrial automation, and multi-function subsea umbilical applications. With 44 independent conductors (grouped, shielded, and colour-coded per specification), this cable consolidates all power, control, signal, and data functions of a complex system into a single managed cable run. The blue PVC outer jacket provides good chemical resistance and the distinctive blue colour aids rapid identification in multi-cable installations.

A 44-core cable uses a combination of 10 base insulation colours, each available with 0--4 tracer stripes, giving 50 unique colour combinations. The remaining cores use a numeric print system. A complete core identification table is supplied with every custom cable order.
Standard PVC is not ideal for long-term deep seawater immersion -- it can stiffen at low temperatures and may swell over years of exposure. For subsea applications, we recommend PUR or LSZH jacket variants. However, for track-mounted or tray-mounted industrial installations with periodic water contact, PVC is acceptable.
