This single-pin IP69 pluggable wet-mate RF coaxial connector from Shanghai Kabel Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd is designed for ROV systems, underwater power scopes, and subsea instrumentation requiring a compact, wash-down and submersion-proof coaxial connection. IP69 certifies protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets (up to 80°C, 80–100 bar at 0.1--0.16 m distance) in addition to full submersion. This exceeds the standard IP68 immersion requirement, making the connector suitable for harsh deck and underwater environments.
The connector is designed as a wet-pluggable type -- it can be connected and disconnected in wet or submerged conditions without flooding, making it ideal for diver-operated ROV deployments.
Compatible with standard RG58, RG59, and miniature coaxial cables. Custom termination to LMR, flexible PTFE, or armoured coaxial cables is available on request.
